Placing your order
Simply click on the ADD TO CART button and checkout with our secure payment system when you have finished shopping. Once payment has been cleared your purchase will be packaged & delivered to you within 7-10 days. Jewellery items that are made to order may take between 10-14 days. You will receive regular updates & notifications on all purchases when joining our mailing list.

Product Care
To keep your jewellery looking its best use a sterling silver cloth to polish. Always keep your jewellery in its original box when not worn as this prolongs its highly polished shine.

Earrings and made to order items​
Please note: purchased earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Made to order rings, made to size or statement jewellery are also non-refundable. Every precaution is taken to ensure your jewellery purchase reaches you in good quality. Any Items damaged in transit will need to claimed for through the delivery courier.
Should you damage your jewellery through accident or miss-use we may be able to repair damage on a case by case negotiated basis.
